Despite a brief delay due to unavoidable circumstances, Rajan’s team of focused professionals delivered on their promise on 27th Jan - Installation of solar PV panels and battery. Right starting from initial discussions, quoting and installation was handled by Solaring team in a very honest, transparent and masterful manner. Despite challenging hot weather condition, the team accomplished the installation on time. Post installation, the team leader explained the operations, setting up the app, explaining the app features and what parameters to look for. We had a home battery system installed from Solaring and the experience was fantastic. Quick, professional, and hassle-free! Installation was a breeze. The technician arrived on time, the team had it up and running in under a day, and even tested everything before leaving. The team explained everything clearly, worked efficiently. We wanted to install it north side of the house due to better space available. But technician explained clearly drawbacks of it due to compliance and warranty requirements. Fox ess battery packs serious power. With a 41kWh capacity, it easily covers our evening usage and even powers the AC during peak hours. It charges efficiently from our solar panels, and I’ve noticed a big drop in grid dependency. The foxess 2.0 app is good. I can monitor charge levels, energy flow etc. It gives me full control over our energy usage. Installation completed well before the promised date at my son's place in Manningham and my place at Joslin, SA. Explained thoroughly. Installed both solar panels and battery. No roof tiles were broken as I was prepared for few spares. Came at 8.45am and finished by 4.00pm. No dramas. Explained every stage of the process. We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Solaring, and the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Raj and his team have been exceptional. From the early stages, they took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and helped guide us through the decision-making process — particularly when it came to selecting the right battery brand, size, capacity, choosing optimal installation locations, and understanding the technical differences between systems. Their knowledge and patience made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable. About four weeks after installation, we experienced an issue where the system went off-grid and multiple error codes appeared in the app. Raj, Kundan and their Team were quick to respond and incredibly supportive in troubleshooting the problem. It turned out to be an issue with an old fuse connected to the meter, which required replacement by SA Power. Even though the fault wasn’t with the solar system itself, they stayed involved and helped ensure everything was resolved smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care. We couldn’t be happier with our system and highly recommend Solaring to anyone considering solar and battery installation.
