Jo and the team at NRG Solar have been absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They arrived right on time, were super friendly, and worked efficiently to install our solar panels, Powerwall 3 battery, and Tesla charger. What really stood out was how attentive they were, they took the time to listen to my preferences, offered expert recommendations, and were flexible with everything. The overall experience from our first contact with Michael was excellent. Communication, prompt replies to questions 1st rate. Once we decided to go with NRG their process was seamless, once again with great communication, The installation was on time and Stefan and his crew explained thoroughly the process and ongoing info that we needed. We have previously had Solar Panels installed by NRG and more recently a battery. On both occasions the staff have been lovely to deal with. The installers were great people and very efficient and helpful throughout the process. Once installed they helped set up the app for monitoring and explained how to use it. An easy recommendation.

They were upfront about delays with battery stock, installed the solar system first, and then returned about a month later to install the battery as promised - no surprises and no chasing required! Great company to deal with and very professional when it comes to assessing your actual solar needs and battery storage solutions. Designed a solar system compatible with our usage plus a bit more and then 14 months later added a solar battery that has resulted in very close to zero power bills. Very helpful staff, with experienced professional install technicians. Highly recommend.
