Adam Solar... You guys rock! From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Even from my very first enquiry the team were approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — never pushy, just focused on finding the right solution for us. I was nervous to be investing in a huge solar system and battery, so this is why I went for these guys as they are local to Adelaide. Adam took the time to explain the options clearly, helped guide me through the process with patience and honesty and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and supported - thank you also to Esther! When installation day arrived, the installers were professional, punctual, and respectful and what really stood out was the follow-up afterwards. They stuck around to check in to make sure everything was working perfectly and that we were comfortable with the system and the app - Thanks Harley and team! It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service from beginning to end. I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the result and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering solar. Thanks again guys, we are thrilled with our new solar addition!

A couple of moths ago I explored the option to install solar battery. After a bit of research and armed with the knowledge of cost and requirements, early on a Friday evening 6.30pm, yes that late in the day. I messaged Adam solar with a few questions expecting to have a reply after the weekend. Well, much to my surprise, I was immediately responded to by the head of the company, Adam. He could quite easily have said I will follow up with you after the weekend but to my amazement he was incredibly generous with his time and void of any hard sell. After sending details and a video link to check out location etc., that evening, I commited to an Alpha ESS solar battery. A date was set and a little time later the two installers arrived. These two gentlemen were exceptional. Even with trying to offer them a break with a cool drink or coffee, they decline just wanting to continue knuckling down to get the job done. They installed the battery with absolutely no fuss and cleaned up everything. There was a lot to clean and they took away all packaging and the old inverter. They truly were so professional at the highest level, great communicators and genuine operators. I then had a follow up call from the company to check if we were happy with everything and then another from Adam reminding me that if I had any questions not to hesitate calling him. Adam Solar were a dream to work with extremely competitive with pricing, only asking for a 10% deposit to lock in the job and full payment only requested after full installation. I cannot recommend any more highly the way in which Adam solar operate, they were completely hassle free and I would suggest anyone looking at a solar battery to make sure they include them in their enquiries, I promise you will not be disappointed. I have absolutely no ties to this company whatsoever and I believe that good honest dealings with a customer is not recognised enough, that is why I have posted this review.

After searching around for a while I decided that Adam Solar in Adelaide overwhelmingly had positive reviews throughout a range of social media platforms. After having a chat to Adam it became evident that his philosophy was about getting the best outcomes for his clients. I signed up for a system that is going to allow me to be off grid for most of the year and is blackout proof. Throughout the process Adam and his brilliant team kept me informed and updated and worked with me as the timing of the new home build blew out. They were very flexible and understood my dramas. Highly recommended.

Adam Solar went above and beyond their obligations when I lost connection to the grid the day after the installation of my 48kWh Sigenergy battery. Esther answered my out-of-hours call and with the help of electrician Josh talked me through diagnosing the fault as my 60 year old Mains isolator. Apparently it had been weak for a long time, but the extra current from my 10kWh export finally cooked it. Even though it wasn’t Adam Solar’s problem, Adam himself arranged Josh to come out that evening to make sure I had Grid connection to ensure I had power overnight.. The installation itself was swift and neat and went without a hitch. My thanks to Emma for her outstanding service.

We had a great experience with Adam Solar, from the admin team right through to the installers, for my stepdad’s solar and battery install. Communication was clear, they were very understanding of our situation, and the install is incredibly clean and tidy. Big thanks to Adam for taking the time to come out to the property to explain everything and offer ideas—really appreciated.

One thing is for sure, Adam himself takes his business very seriously and takes pride of his work. I have never seen a business where the owner is always on top of things, is available, ready to act and proactive. He will make sure the client is happy and satisfied literally going above and beyond. I had a great experience with Adam Solar. Adam was fantastic throughout the entire process—professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. There were a few minor issues with the install, but Adam and his team handled everything quickly and efficiently. A special thanks to Harley, the main installer and sparky, for his excellent work. In the end, everything was done to a high standard, and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend Adam and his team!
