We used Solahart to install solar hot water and solar PV panels to our house. Trevor was great from the start. Making himself available to come round and discuss our options and have a look at the house before quoting, providing a wealth of knowledge and time served experience to answer all of my questions - and there were quite a few! Trevor came across as professional and honest and did not appear to be trying to sell the best system but work with me to get one appropriate for us. Installation was scheduled with the SHW on one day and the PV at a later date and was conducted by local contractors with some supervision from Paul. All went without any delays or problems on their end despite our energy provider being useless. It did take a couple of weeks to get the online monitoring for the PV panels to get sorted due to the installer not completing the setup properly but this was rectified by Trevor in person. I feel confident that if I had any further questions or issues with the system they would be there to provide support. I am happy with the products, service and work completed so would definitely recommend Trevor and Paul to others.

Top tier in every sense. Really enjoyed this smooth process and felt involved/informed along the way - they didn’t just ‘do the job’ they explained it all, gave me options, reasons, advice and remained patient with me throughout. Being a young woman, I tend to get overlooked/ignored so this was a real delight. The replacement and relocation process was done perfectly - despite us having a complicated house/ previous third party set up. Their plumbers, electricians they use were all great too. Solarhart Marion, specifically Paul, really exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone.
