We are very happy with the system and the service from sungreen. The installation crew were excellent and polite. Told us what they are doing and how it is going to be set-up. They came early morning around 7am and they were finished by midday. From the first time of communication back in Dec, 2023 I can share my experience. Sales person came around in Dec 2023 & I signed up for 6.6kw system. Later, Sungreen inspected the roof on the day of installation in Jan 2024, that's when I came to know that there were a few problems with my roof. I am glad that I came to know about it and I finally got my roof fixed. Thanks sungreen to hold the same price for me for 18 months and finally completing my installation & the meterbox work.
