Sales rep Craig Batten has gone above and beyond from start to finish on our solar and battery enquiry. The whole process was seamless and minimal effort on our end. Craig’s professionalism and customer centric is highly commendable. He conducted a site visit and we’ve had a thorough discussion on the usage of our power etc, and he has provided us with a couple of options for solar installation. Thanks to him we also got onto the federal rebate which helped with our purchase. Installation of solar and battery was smooth and I couldn’t recommend Energy Solutions & Craig enough! We are now completely off grid and couldn’t be happier!

The ESC team and particularly Keith Butler who was our Solar and Battery Design Consultant were exceptionally efficient and Professional to deal with. After much discussion with Keith we decided to take full advantage of the Battery Rebate offer and managed to fit another 9 KW on our roof. We are exceptionally happy we chose the Energy Solution Centre. They offer a very personalised service and really make special efforts to do the installation well.

Ryan at Energy Solution Centre was 100% professional. After analysing our current solar set-up and consumption, he also took the time to show us all the best battery options to suit our needs , explaining everything in detail. Ordering and installation was streamline and we kept informed throughout the process. Since installing, we have drawn zero power from the grid. The system is beyond expectations and we sincerely thank the whole Energy Solution Centre team .

I recently had solar panels, a Sigenergy battery, and an EV charger installed by Energy Solution Centre, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. From the very beginning, Jacob was fantastic to deal with. Our initial conversation about getting a quote was clear and informative, and his follow-ups and customer service were top-notch. I feel really lucky that I got to work with him from the start — I truly appreciate his time, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions. Thomas and the installation team were awesome. They completed the installation in a timely and professional manner, and they took the time to walk me through the system and the software to make sure I understood how everything works. Bella was also a pleasure to deal with. She understood my concerns and handled everything with professionalism and care, which I really appreciated. Finally, Scott came by to complete the remaining work. He was friendly, very detail-oriented, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was done properly. Overall, the whole team worked like a well-oiled engine. The coordination and professionalism across everyone I dealt with were impressive. I couldn’t be happier with the result and feel confident knowing I’m in very good hands. Highly recommended!

Our journey with energy solution centre started months and months ago while we were building our home. We went into their amazing office, had a chat with Lucio who factored in our build size, three phase power, our goals for energy usage and desire to be completely self sufficient and he put together a pretty amazing presentation explaining every detail of solar and pros and cons of different systems. There was no pressure, no weird sales blurb, just facts and demonstrations and a quote sent. We continued our build, did end up getting other quotes that were either 1. Even more expensive for a smaller system or 2. Had the typical sales pitch but could tell, they lacked expert knowledge (some didn’t even know if Sigen could have generator switch). All in all, Energy solution centre was the no brainer. Once build was close to completion, we called back Energy solution centre; and we met Keith. He came to the build site, took photos and answered lots of questions and we locked it all in. Keith was extremely patient even after we locked it all in, answering calls and text messages. 2 weeks before install we decided to change our battery location due to some realisations post build. Keith visited again, gave some good advice and nothing was too hard, and it was all re-confirmed. The crew on the day were so great - installed 65 panels, 3 phase 30kw inverter and 48kwh battery + generator switch all within the day. Team were so friendly, professional, neat and tidy, took the time to walk us through everything at the end, and demonstrated the app and off-grid seamless switch over. Their after sales support already seems amazing with follow up phone calls from Keith and I know if we ever have a problem or questions, they are so approachable to ask anything. There’s a lot of cowboys in the solar installation rodeo, but there is also a lot of amateurs that get bucked off because they don’t have what it takes to make it… Not this crowd! What an amazing team, right from the sales team when I walked into the showroom, through to the final installation. A big thank you to Keith for his patience and explanations of various system’s costings, limitations and benefits etc. Also met several other team members that were friendly, warm, attentive and courteous. Have to mention the showroom, awesome to be able to see all the products without having to rely on just brochures and a website only, really adds to the experience. Communication was fantastic and the quality and patience of advice and answers (I had a lot of questions) were both comprehensive and informative, which was important with such an investment. I ended up going with a Sigenergy 10kw inverter and a 40kw battery setup with extra panels on the roof to add to my existing panels. The quality of the install was also fantastic, not a scrap of dust or insulation left over, just an amazing new installation. Installers were all friendly and professional which reflected in their workmanship. Great communication from Adam and Jacob with a few last minute changes for an upgraded switchboard and battery additions, very glad they are on the ball. They have done it ALL properly the first time and ultimately saved me time and money in the process. Had the honour of meeting the owner Lucio too, it’s no wonder the team are fantastic as he definitely leads by example. Even though obviously busy, he still made the time to thank me for the business and to share my positive feelings about his team, of which he’s openly proud of. I am looking forward to fully utilising my new Sigenergy system and already obsessed with the app and its functionality. Next stop, energy trading. Also looking forward to my first credit invoice from an energy company in 5 years, even with my existing solar.
