OZ SOLAR WORLD

We have our solar/battery system with an EV charger installed with Oz Solar for a couple of months now and we are very happy with it. The whole system looks great, I love the Sigenergy minimalist design and at night, it is very cool to see the Battery side panel and indicator lights glow, which by the way are customisable. The mySigen app is awesome, precise and very user-friendly. It lets us track and manage our energy generation and usage in real time. The team from Oz Solar were just the best in explaining everything to us. The initial contact with Nick from the office was very professional and helpful and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The guys that installed our system arrived earlier than expected and we were impressed with the whole installation. They were very professional, polite and you can tell that they love their jobs. Everything was all connected and explained to us and the mySigen app ready to go. They also left the area very neat and tidy, like I said - very professional. The best thing is that it is so good to not have an electricity bill anymore and instead our account is now in credit as we have now switched to a FiT (Feed in Tariff) plan and export excess power to the grid. We have done our research and gotten quotes from different installers and we are very glad that we went with Oz Solar. Highly recommended!

Oz Solar World were fantastic from the initial enquiry right through to installation. Nick handled everything and was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions without any pressure. The process was smooth and well-organised, communication was clear at every stage, and the installation team was amazing - professional, punctual, and tidy. They took the time to explain how everything works and made sure the system was set up properly before leaving. It’s rare these days to have such a seamless experience from start to finish, but Oz Solar World absolutely delivered. I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar…. And all at a very competitive price. Thanks guys, very happy with our new system.

The guys rocked up introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, got cracking into it straight away, did one of the tidiest installs on the shed possible, cannot see the wiring everything tied in as expected. Was a fairly tricky job as the it was a part job moving exisiting inverter down to the shed, installing a bigger system on the house and fitting a battery. Guys tidiet up perfectly at the end of each day, and was shown through the app and how all the change over switches etc work. Would recommend 13/10

Nick did my solar 12 months ago and now my Sigenergy battery. I did have another quote but each change to the quote took 24 hours and kept repeating as I kept having to correct or add things I already mentioned. Nick on the other hand was amazing and no matter the question he was prompt in replying and knowledgeable. He promised a neat install and would find a way to get the battery into the garage. It wasn’t straight forward but the boys did a fantastic job. They were punctual, neat, courteous and even protected my grass from the ladder digging in. Attention to detail! I am extremely happy with the service so much so I have recommended my friends. Thanks once again Nick for fitting me in so quickly and to the boys for a great job.

Nick from solar world has a lot of knowledge and helped us make the best decision on amount of extra panels and a battery. He even responded to my questions on the weekend and got us booked in before Christmas which I appreciated. His team came out and were very efficient and explained how everything would work. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Also I got about 15 quotes and oz solar world were the best.
