Brent and his team is highly recommended. I was very annoyed initially when I was shopping around for a battery to couple with my existing solar system at my home. The more people I spoke with the more confusing and frustrated I got and there are many people each telling me a different story and you end up lost and now knowing what is correct and suitable based on my needs? Not to mention the price range out there, and everyone is saying what they are offering to you is the best without any evidence or support to back up what they are offering. Also, it was close to the end of the year and I was trying to get it before the subsidies gets reduced and then I was connected with Brent and his team who came to the rescue. Right from the start, Jess from the sales team was excellent and was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions and she gave excellent and professional advices without pushing me into a sale and gave me plenty of opportunity to find the right solutions and products for solar and battery for my home. She along with Brent were very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I confirmed the products I wanted, they were able to fit the job in before the end of the year and everything was organized and carried out within a few weeks, which was impressive. Jordyn and the boys who did the installation were also excellent and professional. They were quick, hard working and knew what they were doing and did a fantastic installation job without leaving any mess. It was a really hot day and they spent the whole day on the roof and they weren't mucking around. After the installation and commissioning of the battery, I had some questions relating to the app and Jordyn was quick to respond to my queries and got my issues resolved immediately and everything has been working well and efficiently as it should and I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality work for their solar and battery. We recently engaged Hinterland Coast and Electrical to install a solar system and battery. The planning and communication undertaken by the team in the lead up to the job was great. On the day of installation, the team quietly and efficiently got on with the job, finishing the total installation and commissioning the system in one day. The final product looks very neat and professional. They also left the site clean and tidy. We have been pleased with the performance of the panels and battery. Can highly recommend Brent and the team at hinterland electrical. Had my solar inverter replaced and a battery installed. Process was seamless from original consultation, to pricing of or needs ( nothing more) and then clean efficient installation- could not speak highly enough of the professional installation. Post installation Brent was outstanding in answering questions about the system that I had and took time to explain everything to me. Outstanding experience overall Awesome!!!

From the first phone call, the staff here were unfailingly polite, helpful, and professional. I'm sure I was a bit of a bother, asking many rounds of question over the phone and email, but Sophie and Angel were very patient. They extended some discounts, and with the government rebate our final saving was about 50%. The installation proceeded sooner than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. The installers rang me the day before to double check everything, and arriving on time the next morning. They got everything done on time, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all of my questions. We are very happy with our new battery, and here's hoping for many, many years of good use out of it. I would not hesitate to recommended Hinterland & Coast Electrical for solar panel and/or home battery installation.

We really appreciated the professionalism of Brent and the team. We were kept informed the whole way and even when we changed our requirements, nothing was too much trouble. Our location on the north west of Brisbane was no issue. Install day was so smooth, and we were left with a tidy and professional install. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
