Solar Service Guys

Very impressed with this company - their experience, communication and responsiveness. It had taken me over two months to find a company that would respond to my emails or phone messages to replace a faulty isolator box, controlling 9 panels, on my solar system. No solar installers in my local area (Central Coast, NSW) were interested in such a small job. Solar Service Guys got in touch immediately and booked my service in as well as giving me an 'upfront' cost for work. Tim, electrician who was sent, was professional, knowledgeable and attached the fully functioning set of panels to my solar battery. I am one happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them. Having them back to clean my panels... they're my go 'go to' company for solar, now.

Solar Service Guys : Initial phone contact with Stephanie was very helpful . Then Harry and Jess came to our house to do initial Health Check and confirm what our problem was.( talking with Harry gave me further confidence I was dealing with someone I could trust). Before I went ahead with their quote I had a few questions but after Jeremy ( Field Technician ) was good enough to contact me and explain what was required I was quite happy to go ahead. Still waiting for the Inverter to be installed but all going to plan so far and very happy I contacted Solar Service Guys.

Easy to book a Service. Staff on the phone were very friendly and knew more about my system and panels than I did. The Service turnaround time was quick. The Solar Guy that came out was very knowledgeable. The report came back quickly and the quote followed almost as quickly. Happy to recommend them to anybody who needs their system serviced.

Communication was excellent, from the booking through to the service and report. The tradesmen were prompt, respectful and did the job. When the report came back, I was very pleasantly surprised at just how detailed it was. Included were before and after photos of the clean on my panels, which made me realise just how dirty they were. I have since noticed an increase in solar efficiency.

We are in WA and these guys Qld based. The contractors they used in WA were great - professional, explained things, polite. Only issue was bit of delay in organising things which we put down to the different States issue but they didn't forget us!
