We had an excellent experience with our solar battery installation from start to finish. From the very first inquiry, David was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. What really stood out was their patience. I had a lot of questions about battery brands, backup performance, warranty and cost comparisons. David and Jay took the time to answer every single one thoroughly. This wasn’t just over one call either; they patiently walked us through everything over several weeks while we made our decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Installation day went smoothly, the workmanship was clean and organized, and they made sure we understood how to use and monitor the system before leaving. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, not just closing a sale. If you’re considering adding battery storage to your solar system, I highly recommend Go Run Solar. Their expertise, transparency, and genuine patience made the entire process stress free.

GoRuN Solar were very helpful and had a panel that would suit my system, at a very cheap price. Easy to swap out the old one and now my solar system is working 100% again☀️. I will definately keep these guys in mind when i add a battery to my system. 😃

We recently had a Goodwe hybrid inverter, battery and additional panels installed by Jay at Gorun Solar and are very happy with the result. The whole process was smooth with zero pressure. Jay took the time to clearly explain the system design, realistic savings expectations and how everything would work day to day. Pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, and the installation was completed within two weeks. The workmanship is neat and professional, and the system is performing as expected. A few other homes in our estate have also used Gorun Solar and are happy with their installs as well, which gave us extra confidence. Overall, a quality system, quality install and great communication. Happy to recommend.

We have been using Go Solar for a while now, and they have been fantastic from start to finish. They previously handled our solar panel installation, and we recently went back to them to have a new battery installed. The battery has made a massive difference for us already! What really sets this company apart is their excellent customer service. I had a minor query about the new battery after it was installed, and instead of just talking over the phone, they personally sent their team out to our home to check everything and make sure it was running perfectly. The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable. If you are looking to get solar or a battery for your home, I highly recommend Go Solar. They truly look after their customers.

Jay and the team at Go Run Solar were fantastic from the very first inquiry. Jay was engaging and took the time to explain all of my options in detail, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was very competitive, and the installation was fast and efficient. It was a big plus for me that I could visit their actual business and speak to them in person. This showed me they were a well-established and trustworthy company. The contractors who handled the installation were also brilliant—professional, friendly, and they spoke very highly of Jay and the Go Run Solar team, which tells you a lot about the company's culture. I highly recommend Go Run Solar for their expertise, competitive pricing, and excellent service. They supplied me with a 13kw Sungrow System with 20kw of Sungrow Battery Storage
