Connor and Isaac completed the installation in a most professional manner. From the initial site visit and preparation of the proposal by Grant (and Brett) to the installation (by Connor and Isaac) and administrative, legal and financial detail prepared by Leonie, the project proceeded in a timely and efficient manner. There is a certain reluctance to commit to significant outlay for BESS units because of uncertainty relating to the skill, experience and perceived trustworthiness of some providers. However, the personnel at Connect Energy provided a genuine and honest assessment of most appropriate system for our needs, were totally professional at all times and provided a quality installation at a most competitive price. No hesitation in highly recommending Connect Energy.

Fantastic install from Connect Energy yesterday in Brisbane. 48kwh and 20kw inverter with an original Enphase system. Brett wrangled through supply issues and was very detailed with the install. The hot water timer was originally running on the solar system board. He diligently rewired it so the energy meter displays accurately. He also made sure the hot water system isn’t running on the same phase as the car charger. Would def recommend Brett Fisher and his team at Connect Energy
