DE Energy Solar

I recently had solar panels and a battery system installed by DE Energy and I’m very happy with the result.The consultation was professional and technical, and they didn’t try to push anything unsuitable. They explained the options clearly and helped me choose the right system. The installers were friendly, worked carefully, cleaned up before leaving, and showed me how to use the battery monitoring/control system. Highly recommended.

This year I had DE Energy install a 13.2 kW Canadian Solar TOPHiKu6 panel system with a Sungrow SH10RS hybrid inverter (installed April 2025). When the government rebate became available, I went back to them to add a 19.2 kW Sungrow SBR192 battery system, which was commissioned in early July 2025. Both installs were done to a really high standard and their pricing was very competitive. Aaron, the Sales Manager, was fantastic to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole quote and deposit process. Jim, the electrician who handled both installations, did excellent work and paid great attention to detail. I first came across DE Energy through Solar Quotes, where they were recommended as a high-quality provider and they definitely lived up to that. Their workmanship guarantee and warranty were stronger than most of the other companies I looked at. They also helped me arrange bird-proofing around the panels and the installer they recommended offered a discount for DE Energy customers. The system has been performing brilliantly. Since adding the battery, my winter/spring electricity bill dropped by 70–80%. I’m really happy with the whole setup and very glad I chose DE Energy. Additionally, after a recent hailstorm, Aaron even reached out to check whether the solar panels were okay. As I can’t access the roof, he came out personally to inspect the system for any damage. That kind of follow-up and customer care is rare, and it really stood out to me. Much appreciated Aaron!
