Really good service. They explained everything super clearly and gave me lots of helpful tips. They even told me what to ask the installer about using the backup function, which helped a lot. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I installed my solar system with EverySolar a few years ago, my inverter went offline and had a few faults recently. The EverySolar team handled everything for me, from diagnosing the issue to getting it fully resolved. They were professional, responsive, and really easy to deal with throughout the whole process.

From our very first interaction with the Every Solar team to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. Although the original product was out of stock, Billy and his team were prompt, courteous, and provided thoughtful alternatives—ultimately upgrading our battery size at no extra cost. Despite the tight timeframe during a peak installation period, they rescheduled swiftly and had everything up and running within a week. We highly recommend EverySolar 2.0 for their outstanding service, quality workmanship, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

My experience with Every Solar was generally positive—they managed to have my system installed this year despite their busy schedule (The installation was originally postponed to January next year due to the prolonged process of getting the approval from Energex). The system has been working fine and they have been responsive to questions regarding to the system. Minus one star because I found my aircon was not working after the system was installed—control panel lights were completely off and cannot be turned on. Reported the issue to Every Solar and they were responsive to forward it to the contractor. I am hoping the issue can be rectified soon….
