We had a consult with Jaidan from Qvolt Solar and honestly, it was one of the easiest and most professional experiences I’ve had with any trades/service provider. From the start, his communication was spot on — he even messaged to say he could come earlier and gave an exact time window. Then he showed up right on time, no mucking around. Small thing, but it says a lot. When he arrived, he was polite and respectful (even asked if he should take his shoes off), presented really professionally, and got straight into it without any of that pushy sales vibe. What I appreciated most is that he actually listened to my questions and answered them directly — no dodging, no “hard sell”. He walked us through a few options and was genuinely focused on what we needed, not what made the biggest sale. He even pointed out that one of the setups we were looking at was more than required, and then offered other ways to save money — including being upfront that we don’t need to remove our old panels because they’re still performing well. Wow, what an easy but professional experience we had with QVolt Solar. They came and quoted for our exact needs and even showed us how to read our power bill so we knew what we were looking at. We were impressed with the ease of this presentation. Absolutely no sales pitch, just lots of information/facts that were delivered in a casual but professional manner. Vanessa was "real" she did her research on what our lifestyle was like what was our hope for the future so that she could make an evaluation that was tailored to our needs not the masses. Vanessa knows her product and all the red tape that sits behind these products. We are still to make a final decision, but it is highly likely to be QVolt, as GoodWe batteries have a decent rep for a mid-range budget friendly option.

Had a battery installed and the team at QVolt Solar were so good to deal with. Dan, who advised us on our solar panel requirements, came on site as we had some questions in regards to where we wanted the battery and his recommendations were spot on. The 2 guys that did the installation were great. They did the job, cleaned up and ran through the app before they left. Jo followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy. We would definitely recommend these guys for your solar needs.
