For me this experience was exceptional. I had researched Solar installation for about 6 months and almost decided the winner, until i spoke to Jimmy at Sunpac. Some of the other quoters spent a good deal of time cautioning me to be wary of cheaper quotes. Comments like "watch for cowboys", and be careful not to pay twice etc. It is true that some installers have let their clients down, (reviews) as it is in other trades on occassions. I have always been aware though,that overheads are a factor with pricing as well. Some of the well known suppliers had a sense of arragance about their presentations, some others were also very good. This review is about Jimmy and his team though. They arrived at 7.00am, unloaded their truck and began the install. I was walking around inspecting progress all the way. When i asked a question, they collectively explained the process. These people own the business and are hands on with every aspect of the installation. To me thats a significant financial advantage as well as significantly less stress. Apart from that the Sunpac guys took pride in their work and did not stop until the job was complete, including setting my mobile connected to isolar for tracking performance and their cleanup was great. By the time they got back to base it would have been a 12 hour day. There is more and its all positive with these guys, but If you are considering Solar, I can definenitly reccommend Jimmy and the Team from Sunpac.
