I recently had a Sigenergy battery installed by GI Energy, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! I dealt with Mat Williams, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward—no hard sell, just honest advice that helped me choose the right setup for my needs. The installation was professional and efficient, and now I’m loving the results. I get credits on my bill from exporting energy, and best of all, I have instant backup power whenever the grid goes out—total peace of mind during outages! The Sigenergy system is performing brilliantly, and it’s already making a noticeable difference to my energy costs and reliability. Great service from a reliable company. First used GI Energy five years ago to organise solar panels for our home, and we just used them again to upgrade the system and add a battery. They take care of all the hassle and admin for you, and communicate clearly about what’s happening when, then turn up on time and get it done. Their installation contractors were friendly and polite, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and explained the whole system to me before they left. I couldn’t be happier, five years after using them for the first time. No hesitation in recommending this great team.

GI Energy spent 2 days in early February 2026 upgrading our existing 6.6 kw solar array with another roughly 6`6 kw of the new Phono bi directional solar panels installed. Our aim was to have enough energy for our house and a new Ev BYD vehicle. So at the same time we also had the SigEnergy battery stack installed with 8 kWh Batteries x 2, an inverter and gateway. DC car charger also installed. Enzo and team were all polite, industrious worked around on site challenges with aplomb and always easy to contact. Happy with their job and first home charging of our EV went well with a bit of help from James.

GI Energy arranged the installation of a battery and solar to my residential property. Everything went smoothly and i am very happy with the outcome. The company is honest, reliable, and very approachable. They answered all the questions i put to them and designed a system which will suit my needs going forward. The communication is excellent from the company. And the regular youtube videos on energy advice are educational and easy to follow. All up a very positive experience, and i thoroughly recommend GI Energy to anyone who is considering a solar/battery system and electrical work. Mick

GI Energy installed both new solar panels and battery in our house. They were separate installations and both times the communication and quality of service were first class. The system has proven to be very reliable and a great benefit to our household.
