Had my 3 phase inverter and battery system installed today by the Powersmart team. Could not fault the process, they designed the right system for my home. Very knowledgeable to deal with, the install team absolutely smashed the install especially given mine was a difficult job due to the system size and 3 phase. Very professional team who took great pride in their work and delivered an amazing end product. Highly recommend Powersmart. I recently had solar installed by Powersmart Solutions and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation through to installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They took the time to explain the system, the expected savings, and answered all my questions clearly without any pressure. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy once the job was completed.

Peter and his team of installers were simply outstanding Peter was patient as he educated me regarding the very different options we had regarding the installation Once we found a way forward that delivered the optimal solar output he and his team worked with confidence and speed to deliver a customer focussed outcome without diminishing the solar output. After 3 failed instal days due to the technicians not wanting to put the battery where I requested , they finally did the install where I originally asked. The salesman offered me a sunshade for the battery which was great… come install day the tech tried to tell me I don’t need it. I explained the battery would be in full sun for at least half the day. Then he finally admitted he didn’t have it. My switchboard needed to be upgraded which they did with second hand parts. Then the tech tells me I need to call an electrician coz he couldn’t figure out why the main lighting circuit kept tripping the second hand breaker he installed. The busbar on the switchboard didn’t have the correct link pin, so he dodged up a cable. I called an electrician who came out and pointed this out to me. I haven’t received an email with the sign in details for the app so I can see what’s happening either. To top it off they took away my old inverter without asking ( which I wanted to keep). Update: I had a call from the customer service team who listened to my concerns. Was told they would arrange a tech to return and rectify any problems. I have also received details for the app sign on… I will continue to update this reveiw. Technician returned and installed sunshade, also replaced circuit breaker and everything now works 100%. I’m a PITA customer and power smart have risen to the challenge and left me feeling good about the whole thing!
