Supreme Solar Power installed our solar system a few years ago and we were very happy with both the process and outcome, which is why we chose them again for our recent battery installation. On Puneet’s recommendation, we opted for the GoodWe system and overall we’re pleased with how it’s performing. The installation was completed within half a day, which was efficient. However, there were a few areas that could have been handled better. The installers were quite rowdy and left the work area messier than expected. They initially forgot the safety poles and had to return later to install them, and they also left without grinding down eight protruding bolts after forgetting their grinder, which meant we had to organise this ourselves. We also would have appreciated clearer communication about the large hole left in the wall from our previous inverter. We understand this wasn’t their responsibility, but a heads-up beforehand would have helped us prepare. This may be one of the differences between an in-person quote (as we had previously with Puneet) versus a quote conducted over the phone and email. I had also emailed Puneet a couple of enquiries and to-date, two of them have not been responded to which is quite disappointing. Beyond the installation, our main frustration has been around the GoodWe app and setting up the system and how to manage it. The app has many features and settings which is overwhelming. Some basic training on app and system usage would have been greatly appreciated. We're also awaiting the Goodwe user manual and warranty information which we understand will arrive next week. Overall, we’re happy with the final result and the performance of the system, but clearer communication and some post-installation guidance would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Puneet and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Puneet particularly impressed me with how he was willing to work with me given the complexity of our installation, and we got a very good outcome. His knowledge and ideas were greatly appreciated and critical to us getting the best outcome possible. His install team did a good job, with a focus on asthetics. We would definitely recommend Puneet and his team to anyone looking for honest decent advice with competitive pricing.

I was referred to Supreme Solar by a friend. I called in for a quote and Puneet met me on site the same day to discuss my solar needs. The quote was cheaper than 2 other competitors. The best part was how quickly they were able to install. Just 2 weeks from quotation acceptance! Competitors were offering January 2026 installation only. Installation date, they were on time and the job was completed by 2pm. Hardly a conduit in sight. So neat. I was so impressed. They deserve the 5 star review and I will recommend Puneet from Supreme Solar to all interested in Solar.
