I did a lot of research before choosing Solargain and was attracted by the backing of IKEA. We got great service from Paul, working out what we needed and answering our many questions. He was a pleasure to deal with. The installation was quick and painless, we have had no problems since. We love the app, checking when we have power to burn and changing our habits to suit eg running the washing machine in the day not overnight. We also heat or cool our house during the day to reduce our power use at night as the house is already warm/cool. Our electricity bills are very small now and our gas is reduced to as we used to use it to heat and cook which we don't do now . We recommend Solargain to our friends.

We have had our solar system installed for a month, and it is hands down the best money we've ever spent. After years of researching, and feeling disheartened at the lack of transparent information about solar systems and the install process, but really wanting to make the switch to a more sustainable power source, we got an email from IKEA saying they had partnered with Solargain. From the start our sales rep, Paul, was polite, professional, answered our many questions about system sizes and what would be best for our family. At no point was did we feel pressured to commit, which is a massive thing for a family currently on one income. Our install coordinator, Christy, was kind and honest about the wait times for installs due to the high demand of solar uptake (totally understandable and personally I love to see it). A previous reviewer mentioned they had their install pushed out - so was ours. We were advised this was due to an installer being let go for sub-standard workmanship, and creating a back log, but honestly I was more than happy to wait. If you're dropping a decent amount of money on a product, you do want it all done perfectly. The installers were lovely, thorough and again answered my many questions. Overall the whole experience was how I'd always hope it would be! Thank you.

We were so happy with our experience with Solargain over 10 years ago that we thought we would use them again and we were not disappointed. Excellent service by all. Sales staff were helpful and provided lots of guidance without pressure and efficiently organised the whole job. Office staff were always knowledgable when answering queries and were most accommodating when we were having trouble with the technology. Installation staff were punctual, efficient and ensured that all mess on the property was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. We will use Solargain again and recommend it to others.

Dealing with Solargain was a breeze from getting the quote before any other company and to a complete install 3 days later. Great communication and a seamless job. I’m 100% happy with the service and the work and my missus is just happy with hot water!!

Solargain were incredibly cooperative and accommodating of my situation. Whilst there were a lot of complications with the layout and specifications of the roofing on my house, they were able to provide me timely solutions and communicate my possible options very clearly. I was very happy with the quality of service I received and am happy with the product that I received.
