Id like to dedicate this time to discuss my experience with Sean from Fortune Solar. WOW! just WOW! words can not describe the disbelief I had when he quoted me my dream monster battery system that I inquired about, I honestly thought this was the biggest scam and that they would not get back to me or they would just take my deposit and not contact me for days or even weeks but boy was I wrong!!! The quote he gave me including installation was far from what I was expecting to the point where i spent hours researching and making phone calls to other solar companies/installers inquiring about the quote that was provided to me, they either said its a scam or its a dodgy deal! Unbelievable, yes thats what I thought, considering the fact that I requested for a certain brand batteries and inverter (both brands have been in the market for longer than a decade) seemed to good to be true for the price of what Sean has provided. With the fact that I was more than happy with the price, Sean did not hesitate with getting the batteries installed with in a few days. I finalized the payment on a Friday, the following week on Tuesday I had electricians come to the house early morning! Now another thing I was concerned about was installation. After reading google reviews about people getting cheap deals with dodgy installs, Sean reassured me that he will provide me with an installation that I will be more then happy with, he mentioned that the installer has more then 10 years experience in the electrical industry, I still had trust issues considering the price he gave me was out of this world and no other company can compare. Mate, I not even going to use the word workmanship id rather use craftsmanship. The quality of the install was on a different tier level its neat tidy and the highest of quality, they also cleaned after them selves and also explained everything about the install and how to use the app. Sean has provided excellent customer service with bountiful amounts of knowledge in home batteries and solar systems! One thing I forgot to mention was the amazing lady, Irish! thank you so much for making the installation smooth and providing all the information on the build and install date, like I said I was not expecting it to get installed with in a few days!

A positive experience with Fortune Solar. Sean was extremely good to deal with and kept things moving and was very good with the communication on the progress of all the paperwork. The installer Bart did a great job, even the inspector commented on the neatness of the job. Bart was also extremely helpful in explaining the process and operation of the unit. Would recommend if you are thinking solar battery.
