Grant from Suncraft was helpful helping me to go through connect again for my solar battery inverter. He was patient to wait and contact It personnel from Foxes battery supply from China to help. At the end we found out problem from my Wifi when I changed from my internet provider to Exetel. It provides Broadband 5G good. But got problem to split 2.4GHz and 5G. I will ask them again to help me as at the moment I used hot spot from my data of my mobile phones provider. It cost to use mobiles hot spot. Thank you again, Grant for helping me.

Its only 5 days since the install; so early days but very satisfied with results so far. Installed 23 JA solar panels rated at 10.92kW and H3-10.0-Smart Hybrid 3 phase 10kW inverter and the EQ4800-L7 32.62KWH battery from Fox ESS. Also installed backup protection for selected circuits. Installation was completed in 1 day and Anna & Rex from Suncraft and installation team led by Bharat were extremely professional. Entire process from quotation to installation was pretty smooth. Now producing 65 to 80 kWH from the panels everyday. This is more than adequate for our needs. We will end up paying just the daily fixed charge or less, which is a saving of 2500 to 3000 AuD per year. The H3-10.0-Smart Hybrid 3 phase 10kW inverter and the EQ4800-L7 32.62KWH battery from Fox ESS work perfectly. The app updates status every 6 minutes, now working to understand the app completely as it has many options to control the inverter. But it works perfectly in the default "self-use" mode. Usage data provided by the app tallies with the data reported on the retailers web page. Best value for money purchase in a very long time
