The Solarbank team did a fantastic job of installing our new battery! The quote was reasonable and informative, no hidden extras and they also organised an excellent level 2 electrician to upgrade the meter board. Overall I was very impressed with their professional approach and I would highly recommend Jordan and the team!

I had an excellent experience with Solarbank from start to finish. Seth was the first person I spoke with and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to walk through all my questions and ideas around installing a house battery. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed toward the biggest or most expensive option. I genuinely felt like we were working together to design the right solution for my needs. The installation and commissioning process was just as positive. The team arrived onsite, clearly explained what was going to happen, and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. They even took the time to fix a couple of extra issues in my old switchboard rather than ignoring them, which I really appreciated. It was obvious they cared about doing the job properly and ensuring everything was left safe and in excellent working order. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m looking forward to working with Solarbank again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and/or battery installation.

Solarbank Australia (Andrew Moderer) provided excellent service from start to finish. Unlike some other suppliers, they made an onsite visit to understand our needs, electricity supply and determine best locations for hardware. Their recommended inverter and battery combination was designed to suit our home's 3 phase power supply (unlike some others who ignored this fact and quoted on less-than-ideal hardware). The large battery recommended (19.32kWh) suits our household size and powers our ducted aircon for many hours. Installation was on the agreed date and done professionally by a team of 6 in around 6 hours. All installation has been done carefully and well.

We had solar installed by Solarbank in 2017. I got quotes from 5 other providers. Andrew was far from the cheapest but you can tell his guys really know what they are doing. He had thought of many different practical things that no one else even considered. For example, one provider had panels surrounding our roof mounted AC unit. You would have needed to step on a panel to service the unit. Seems obvious in retrospect but did not leap off the page. In the end, I think we likely SAVED money long term by not going too cheap up front. I’d highly recommend the SolarBank team. It's 2024 and 7 years have gone by. I talk to the team at SolarBank occasionally with questions and they've always been amazing at staying in touch. Last week, our inverter failed and Solarbank were quick to organise a replacement and promptly came to install the replacement with no charge. Great Service!
