So, I was sick of the sales tactics of the bigger solar and battery companies but really wanted a battery, was kind of resigned to the fact that I was going to have to deal with some snake door to door salesman. A friend recommended these guys. I shot off an email, and within 24 hours had a response and a conversation with Harrison. Awesome, knowledgeable and intelligent responses to my questions. Quote was super favourable as compared to many I had seen posted in online forums for the same product. Seemed like a longish lead time for the install, but they were busy, Harrison also said if any slots opened up, he would move the install forward. To his credit he did this. On the day of the install, Troy and Jessie turned up, and 2 more capable tradesmen I have never met. They were awesome. Thoughtful, detailed, careful, and above all neat and tidy. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. The install is way beyond my expectations. Could not recommend this business and their staff more highly.

We recently purchased a 24kwh SigEnergy battery with a 10kw controller and single phase gateway to compliment our 10 kW solar panels (previously installed by Smooth Current Electrical and Solar). Harrison was professional, friendly, prompt and efficient in all of our dealings from quote to planning and installation. His quote was competitive. Nothings was a problem. He was quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant to deal with. When we asked to change to installation date he arranged for it to happen a week earlier than planned! A pleasant bonus! He took care of the Government Rebate offer at the time so there was nothing further for us to do. Jesse and Troy completed the installation and commissioning with a friendly and efficient manner. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Both were happy to answer all our questions and ran through the operation of the battery and the App before they left. They were respectful of our house and left the property tidy. We could not fault Harrison, Jesse and Troy and highly recommend them for your solar energy requirements.
