We recently took advantage of the “Aussie Solar Batteries” deal and had a FoxESS 41kW battery and 10kW inverter added to our existing solar system. Our installers, Solar Empowerment Australia, arrived right on time. They were efficient, professional and took the time to inspect everything properly. They problem solved on the spot and explained what they were doing along the way, which was really reassuring. I want to call out Ibrahim in particular. He runs a tight operation. He was on site overseeing the work, double-checking everything, and making sure we were happy with the setup. He clearly explained what we did need and what we didn’t need, which we really appreciated. No upselling, just honest advice. The install was clean, completed on schedule, and the follow-up the next day to check everything was running correctly was a great touch. Super reliable, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with taking all rubbish. We also watched him run through our job with another potential employee explaining how they work which showed a good attitude and growing team best of luck to you. Highly recommend.
