We had a 42kW (41.93kWh usable) FoxESS battery installed and honestly the whole process was easier than we expected. From signing the agreement to installation took less than a week, which really surprised us (in a good way). Everything moved quickly but still felt organised and professional. The team were great to deal with — easy to talk to, explained things clearly without overcomplicating it, and no hard sell. The install itself looks really neat and tidy. They also installed an EV charger that we supplied, and did it for a super competitive price, which we really appreciated. Overall, really happy with the price, the speed, and the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking at adding a battery.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Installed a Fox ESS CQ6 battery (48 kWh capacity) with only a 3-day waiting period. We had an excellent experience with Autra Batteries from the initial sales call, quote, organising the installation and the installation itself. Dylan (who assisted us on the call) was very informative, answered all our questions clearly and gave advice suitable to our needs. Once agreed on the system, the installation process was seamless. The install was organised within days and the Installers who showed up were on time and efficient and took the time to explain the app and how the battery worked. Overall, we received excellent service and we are very happy with the service we received with Autra Batteries and we highly recommend them if you are considering putting in a battery system.

After getting a few quotes from solar battery providers, we asked our neighbour who had recently had a solar battery installed. They recommended Autra Batteries Australia. We got in contact with Autra Batteries online and promptly heard from Rita. Rita sent us all the relevant information and answered our many questions. We sent video, photographs and measurements prior to receiving the final quote. We decided to go ahead and paid the $500 deposit. We waited a few days to get an install date when we got a call late on a Friday notifying us there was a vacancy the follow day which we were happy with. The installers turned up on the install date, we did have one cable that was unaccounted for in the quote however they negotiated a price and we went ahead with the install. The whole installation took around 5 hours, they were very polite and knowledgeable and answered many queries we had on the day. Once the battery was installed they helped us set up the app and explained how it works. After service has been excellent. Autra batteries have provided advice on electricity providers to suit our particular circumstances. So far we are very happy with our battery and are already in credit when we were previously receiving electricity bills.
