Thoroughly recommend Solar Water Wind - initially went with a cheaper installer which was fine until the system had storm damage and required fixing (installer no longer exists!!) - Christos and the team helped me through the entire replacement process, completed the damage reports and emailed the insurance company for me. Install job was top quality with better placement of panels and surge protectors to stop any damage happening again. They now monitor the system as well! Thanks again SWW

Christos expertly navigated our claim with the insurer and then organised the installation. We were updated every step of the way by Christos. The first time I dealt with Solar Water Wind they have been amazing in getting my parents solars replaced. Now that I have my own place and have used Solar Water Wind again and their team has been amazing!!! They were so easy to deal with and have great communication. Our old system wasn’t working probably so I contacted SWW for a health check of our solar system. Appointments were made quickly and we got a very detailed report. Christos contacted me and answered every question. We were assisted with launching an insurance claim and have been supported through the process from the beginning to the end. When our insurance claim got confirmed SWW had a new system up and running supper quick. The Tradespeople got everything done in one day. They were friendly, professional, had good communication and worked clean, safe and quick. Christos called up again to check if everything went well and is working. Everything came with long warranties and ongoing support and we even had a free system upgrade. Mitchell gave me a lot of information about solar batteries. Also we didn’t went with one at this stage we got a lot of information and never felt they were pushing for a sale. We were very happy with the SWW team

We had a great experience from start to finish with Solar Water Wind who were recommended to us. Ours was an insurance project & Christos guided us through the entire process from submission to our insurance company to job completion. Graham & his installation team were friendly, efficient , quick & professional. They removed old panels & installed 25 new panels plus new inverter in one day. Graham also spontaneously took photos of our roof which showed us the parts that needed urgent repair. Unfortunately SWW doesn’t do roof renovation !!
