Highly professional and trustworthy. If I could give 500 stars I would! They installed a 46Kw battery and solar panels for us and they replaced our meter box and untangled the spaghetti mess that was there. The product is excellent and the after sales support is as good as the pre-sales support. The guys from Solai are highly skilled, they are professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgable and they even tidied up after themselves! The product install and cabling is very neat and tidy. Its worth mentioning that whilst they weren't the cheapest quote we got we are so happy we decided to use them because ultimately we got our value for money. Also, as a female customer it was nice to interact with the guys at Solai who are always respectful and down to earth.

I recently had Solai expand a Sigenergy battery pack and add some solar panels to an existing system. I dealt with Mathieu mostly from start to finish. I have been most impressed with his exceptional knowledge base, attention to detail and diligence. The install was done by Matthieu and Antony from Solai, and not contracted out to a 3rd party. It is a high quality install done properly. Their workmanship is first rate and they understand what they are doing. It is clear that they enjoy and take pride in their work - they are the real deal and both absolute gentlemen.
