Very happy with the solar battery they recommended, and they were also very helpful in getting all the rebates we were eligible for. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I had our battery installed recently and found the process easy and professional. The sales people communicated well, and although we did have an issue trying to find an installation date, Conor from the sales team was straight into it and kept me well informed. The installation team was Corey, Blade and Ritchie. They were punctual, professional and respectful at my home. They cleaned up after themselves, used no foul language and were very polite. All dealings with Think Renewable has been great.

His guidance made it easy to choose a system that met our needs and felt future-proof. Once we made our decision, Ties took care of everything. The installation was scheduled promptly, and on the day, the team arrived and got to work with minimal input from us. Abdul, the installer, was fantastic—he explained how the battery integrates with our inverters and other components, and made sure we understood how it all worked. We received our app login shortly after, and I’ve been hooked ever since—watching the numbers and graphs is surprisingly addictive. Very happy with the whole experience.
