From the moment I started speaking to Josh about a solar battery solution that was right for me in terms of size and value, I felt extremely comfortable as he patiently answered all my questions. HUGE thanks to Solarpro for my new solar and battery system. Solarpro’s sales guy was very helpful, and the advice and direction he provided to me was great. He devised an outcome delivering exactly what I was after, and his follow-up communication prior to and after installation has been very professional. The installation crew were brilliant…. the electrician in charge was wonderful (and patient) in answering my many questions and also providing advice re necessary changes to my electrical sub-board. The other two installers, who did the rooftop solar panel installation and cabling, and helped the electrician with the battery installation were very efficient and polite, hardworking, and showed a high level of care about how it all looked once completed. The other Solarpro staff (admin) that I have had contact with throughout this project have all been superb and always provided the highest level of customer service. I’m quite impressed with their professionalism. This was my third time having work carried out by Solarpro – a new system installed in 2011 and an upgrade to it in 2015. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Solarpro, and I look forward to doing it again in the future. Highly recommended.

Solar and battery install just completed. Josh who took the time to understand what we were looking for and advise us of the options and what would work best and the best value price not just the cheapest and not just the most expensive. He also took time to understand what the install would look like given limited space for inverters / battery etc. Josh was on hand to answer any questions. We did get other quotes but the difference is the time and the fact Josh properly design a system rather than the others where they simply want to whack some solar on your roof and call it a day without even a site visit. Giovanni and team of installers arrived as scheduled. They did an amazing job. A really friendly team. The system is up and running and is working and producing as designed and advised. We were originally referred by our next door neighbours who also used Solarpro who also recommended then. We have also had the pleasure of recommending SolarPro to friends.

Solarpro stepped in after we had been let down by a previous (intended) installer. They matched the specifications and provided a competitive quote. David and his team were professional throughout - before, during and post installation. Installation carried out by a qualified electrician who was excellent in terms of workmanship and customer care. Very happy with the experience.
