Went in to the store to get some advice as I've been getting blackspot on my pool. They provided me with the technical advise on how to deal with it, there was no expectation of sale. I've taken their advice on board, and ended up purchasing the suggested chemical which is very competitively priced.

It is very difficult in our society now days to find a business that is caring and honest. I suggest no matter where you reside, if you have a pool, I highly recommend Poolwerx Indooroopilly. If you want great service, require assistance on how best to manage your pool, then you might just want to have a chat with Peter and other staff. They provide a Proper report on analysed water and instructions on how to best tackle any situation as well as for your record keeping. There is no up selling of chemicals, which has been my experience in the past with other pool shops. I rate this shop a five.

These guys are awesome! They know their stuff, they explain it all in language pool novices (like me) understand, and they give good old fashioned service - with a smile and walk your heavy bags of salt etc to your car! Their new location at Indooroopilly Central is easy and convenient to get to!
