Rode Pool Services - The Gap

Great service at Rode Pool Services Ashgrove! I went in to book my pool robot for a service, but one of the young guys in the shop took the time to check it on the spot. We found a gum tree seed stuck in the belt, cleared it out, and the robot was working again straight away. He could have just booked it in and charged me, but instead he went above and beyond. That kind of honesty and customer care is why I’ll stay loyal and keep recommending them

Very helpful team, called for advice which they were happy to give over the phone and dropped in later that day for a new pool cleaner, which they had in stock and were happy to help with. Better service than other pool stores I’ve been to in the vicinity, I’ll be moving my business over to Rode moving forward.

The many times we’ve attended for water testing, and purchase of chemicals, the team have been fantastic! Super friendly, great advice, and always go above and beyond. They never push purchase of unnecessary products and if anything, have saved us money numerous times. Highly recommended!
