I was a complete 'rookie' when I first visited their store - I needed help to learn how to look after our pool and found the staff there to be very helpful (and patient!). Special mention to Richard, who is happy to share his knowledge and has never left me feeling as though I was too much trouble. Greatly appreciated!

Had the boys out to install a whole new setup for my pool, was installed within the day. Richard and Craig are very informative and thorough. You pay for what you get, best quality around.
