Daniel has been my main contact and service technician the entire time, and his consistency, professionalism, and care have never wavered. What really stands out is the longevity and quality of the relationship. Over the years, Daniel hasn’t missed a beat, and that level of faithfulness speaks volumes about both him and the values of Swimart as a company.   I recently had my pool equipment replaced, and I’m very happy with the service provided by Dan and Emily. English is my second language ， it was not easy to find the right brand and model for me. Dan completed the installation and everything works perfectly. The system is quieter and more energy-efficient than before, which I really appreciate. He was also patient with my 100 questions and helped me choose the most suitable setup and explained everything on how to maintain the pool. Emily was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain different options, including variable speed pumps and chlorinators. making communication smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool equipment upgrades or maintenance.

  One thing about Swimart Jindalee is their consistent helpfulness , knowledge and friendly attitude towards their customers. I have been a customer for many years now, and find them great to deal with. I can honestly say I really can recommend them…….Further to my recent review, I have now had a new filter system installed as of today’s date.Not only did Dan install properly, he cleaned the pool,added the correct amount of chemicals and left the installation clean and tidy, even coiling the hose thoroughly. The install cost was very reasonable as well.Congrats to the company.

  We are very happy customers and impressed by the customer service. After a minor misunderstanding Swimart offered us a complimentary service and checkup. Dan the pool technician was the loveliest man and nothing was too much trouble. He found trouble that we didn’t know we actually had. An older filtering unit which leaked water 😱 . This was only detected yesterday . We are very grateful to Swimart for arranging such a quick installation of a new unit. I know it is a busy time of year for a lot of Pool companies. A BIG THANK YOU 🙏

They serviced my pool for four years while I was renting, and the service was so good that when I bought my own place, I had no hesitation in continuing to give them my business. I’ve never been disappointed, they’re always quick to respond and consistently go above and beyond. The team’s knowledge is second to none, and I’m always greeted with a smile. A big shout-out to Dan and Matthew, wow, they really know their stuff. They’ve taken the time to educate me, explain everything clearly, and assist me in managing my pool properly.
