Mega Spas & Swim Spas

We purchased our 540R2 spa roughy three weeks ago and my family and I are loving it! The quality of the spa is great, along with the features ease and functionality of the app. It was great that we could choose a colour that we liked, and location of the plug for safety and accessibility. We were particularly happy with the customer service, Narrelle helped explain everything we needed to know about the spa, Darren and team were fantastic with the efficient and careful delivery and installation which included a walk through on maintenance with the spa, as well as the lovely young girl who helped me with all the questions I had about the chemicals. We are enjoying our Iluka Start up chemicals as they have been gentle on myself families skin, myself and my son have excess and we haven’t had any flare ups! Once again, a big thank you and we will be recommending Mega Spa to friends and family !

Absolutely love my new spa. It's one of the best things I've ever purchased. I spend many hours relaxing in it with either a movie or music playing in the background. Also amazing for taking away my stresses or aches and pains from the gym or work. Installation and delivery was prompt, professional and very well organised thanks to Darren at Mega Spas. He also had all the information I needed to look after my spa to keep it running perfectly. It is excellent quality, i did check out other spas elsewhere but this one stood out y a long way. From the time we walked into the show room we were made to feel welcome. All questions were answered with no time pressure from staff. Once we placed the order, there was very good communication regarding delivery etc. We found Darren, Narelle and Emily professional, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

It was a precision lift out with the old and in with the new via crane and trailer on the Mandural Canals. Timeframe was arranged to suit our availability, and with the continuous follow-up, excellent price with bonus extras and the smooth transition, we couldn't be happier. After-sales service is available for any issue. We are enjoying the latest model of swim spa with all the mod cons. The granddaughters are very impressed.
