I Highly recommend David Jackson from Boutique Pool Renovations. Great service, really transparent, and communication was excellent the whole way through. The job was done on time and the quality was spot on. David helped us out after our original vinyl pool reached the end of its lifecycle. We had originally planned for a quartz plaster and tile finish with a different company but upon stripping the vinyl we discovered our pool was brick with a sand base, therefore it was not possible to go ahead with our original plans. We were stuck in a situation where our only solution was to get another vinyl pool, however, we got in touch with David and within days he had arranged for a concrete pour. Our budget no longer stretched to a quartz plaster and tile finish but David worked with us and recommended an extremely attractive fibreglass finish with which we are delighted. Also really appreciated the after-care advice — nice to deal with someone who actually takes the time to explain things and make sure you’re looked after. Would definitely use again.

David and his team recently completed a large-scale renovation of our commercial pool. Boutique Pool Renovation managed every aspect of the project — from the initial visualisations and product selection through to final delivery. The scope of works included tiling, soft play installation, and extensive paving. As the renovation took place within a busy, operational hotel, the team worked closely with our staff to minimise disruption to guests and maintain ongoing access. While this inevitably slowed progress, their attention to detail and careful approach were essential to the project’s success. David went above and beyond by assigning a dedicated Project Manager to live on site throughout the works, providing round-the-clock support and oversight. We look forward to working with David again on upcoming projects.

Our commercial pool in the apartment building had a water feature wall that had been disused for many years because it caused leaks into the car park below. We selected Boutique to remediate by removing the water feature itself, infilling the old trough and beautifying the area. We worked with them to select a ‘stack stone’ solution with the addition of 2 detailed glass mosaic panels. Both David and Ezrio executed the job to a very high standard, were attentive and professional and we are looking to many years of hassle free enjoyment of the pool and it’s surrounds.

Careful consideration to product knowledge and past experiences was paramount when deciding as to which pool company we were going to land on, as to a refurbishment project for our pool at home. After many sit-down Interviews with potential companies, we decided to give our business to Boutique Pool Renovations and Restorations. I am extremely glad we did. The owner/operator Dave certainly new his game and his employees were just as fantastic. Daniel is a pool guru and was able to assist in all technical aspects of pool maintenance and problem solving. Kelvin was on the tools as the stone mason and offered many useful tips and was such a great orator in letting us in on all the secrets of the trade. A great guy to sit down and have a cup of tea as he enlightened us with all his knowledge and past works so much it was fantastic. Finally, Phil, who did our fiberglass and painting was just brilliant. I have no problems recommending his work as it was probably the best i have ever seen. He was simply out of this world. When we build again- i will only call Dave and welcome anytime, potential customers to view our pool.

We engaged Boutique Pool Renovations and Restoration to drain and then repaint our 9m kidney-shaped pool. Prior to getting the job done we were a little anxious as there was a deadline to meet. We were most anxious for the work to be completed before we went away on holiday. There was a fair bit of ‘weather’ around (intermittent rainy days followed by short dry spells). In the small window of time that was available Boutique Pools delivered to our complete satisfaction. What a fantastic job! Now we could enjoy our time away with peace of mind. We were totally satisfied with all aspects of the work that was carried out (quality, costings, promptness/punctuality, courtesy, professionalism, etc etc).
