Kim and Michelle were nothing but amazing. Michelle kept in touch with me for months making sure I was kept in the loop until the right pool came along. Once we decided on the pool the whole process was easy and quick, and they were always a pleasure to deal with. I felt they went above and beyond for us but truthfully I think this is just the excellent service they provide all customers, it was just really refreshing to deal with people who actually care about the customer and have high standards of work ethic, and are reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

Kim, Michelle and the crew installed a pool for us this week that we bought through a different DIY pool supplier. They did an excellent job, were quick an professional, and we couldn't be happier with their service. I would highly recommend using Lagoon Pools for your pool installation. If you are going DIY I would also suggest talking to Kim before you purchase your pool. Unfortunately we had already put a deposit down so we missed out on a better deal through Kim.
