From start to finish, Freedom Pools were excellent. Sales team were very helpful. The installation was well organised and was completed without any problems. We are extremely happy with the pool. Heater and the water feature/waterfall are wonderful.

Our salesperson was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really helpful in guiding us through the options. The installation team was great on the day, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. The attention to detail and care they showed during the process was outstanding. We’re absolutely loving our new pool and can’t wait to enjoy it all summer long! We dealt with the Freedom Pools team in Kenwick, and from the day that we first stepped into the showroom, right up until handover, the team were fantastic. My wife and I were concerned about the process, but Freedom made it so easy!!! 100% recommend by us!!!
