After dealing with a few different vendors getting quotes and info to install our pool, we eventually chose to use buccaneer pools. My partner and I are young ish parents and were looked at funny and written off by other vendors. From the very get go, buccaneer pools / aquatic leisure technologies and every team have been super helpful, guiding us along the way. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the process. The quality of these pools is unmatched and you can tell they’re built to last. Really happy with the whole experience. Now when I’m floating in my new pool, it honestly feels like I’m on holiday in Bali.

From start of planning and getting pricing for our pool right up until handover has been smooth. Customer service has been prompt, and any questions I had were quickly answered and attended to. Our Installation Manager, Jason was very thorough and worked tirelessly to ensure our pool was installed millimetre perfect! The installation team were on time and friendly. In an unprecedented busy time, things were still kept as on track as possible, with everything being communicated along the way. Handover was seamless, and explained in terms I could easily understand. I'd happily recommend Aqua Technics too anyone thinking about installing a pool.
