What can we say, what a pleasure it was to build our families dream pool. From day one the whole team at Pacific Pools have gone above and beyond for us. In the office Kim and kellee were always punctual, professional and helpful with any questions we had around the build, contract variations, costs etc. On the floor Adam was looking after our build and for this I'd nearly go as far as thanking God because I don't believe anyone could of done the job better. Adam as a professional is top of his game and when you add in his personality you are getting not only a great professional but also a great person. From the very start everything was done with precision the formwork was perfect, the concreting both done on time and finished perfectly. Then it was time for our coping the teams tiler was very skilled and helpful he gave us great ideas for other parts of our home. The rendering was perfection and also the inner tiling took our pool to another level. Our handover was with Bruce and he ensured to go through everything with us in a simple way that we understood. What Bruce and his team has created at Pacific Pools in our opinion is not only a professional business but one that goes that extra mile to ensure there is a connection of trust. We can not recommend Pacific Pools highly enough if there was 10 stars they would get them. Thank you all for our experience. Amazing experience with Pacific Pools. From start to finish the entire process was incredibly professional and the team were very easy to work with.
