Blue Haven Pools and Spas

My partner and I built our first pool with Pool Haven close to a year now. The team at Blue Haven are truely experts at what they do and has us excellent advice in terms of the design, layout and wha would be suitable for our budget and daily needs. Highly recommend them if you’re considering to build a pool. It’s probably been one of the best investments we’ve made for our family. The kids can swim daily without all the hassles. My only advice would be to look at adding a built in underground pool cover. This was something we did consider beforehand but don’t end up doing.

This saltwater pool by Blue Haven has been absolutely amazing! Kid friendly, adult friendly (pool heater!) and self-sufficient with only 1hr of work required each week due to the automation of acid injection and ph monitoring via an app!

They worked perfectly within my budget and did an amazing job on my pool. The quality of their work was outstanding, the entire process was smooth and well organised, and their advice was excellent. Remonda was a great help in managing the budget, and Zee and Sid were fantastic in assisting with the certification process. I highly recommend their team.

Blue Haven Pools were amazing from start to finish. We had no idea where to begin and were worried the whole process would be stressful, but their team made everything easy and straightforward. Communication was great, timelines were clear, and the workmanship is next level. The finished pool completely transformed our backyard, it feels like a holiday at home now. Honestly couldn’t be happier with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Blue Haven Pools absolutely saved us. We had a tricky sloping backyard and drainage issues that other companies brushed off, but their team actually engineered a proper solution and explained everything clearly. The build ran smoothly and the quality is unreal. Walking outside now honestly feels like a resort, still excited every day. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Last week we visited the Blue Haven Show Room in Lansvale to view some of their concrete pools. The same day they sent, Roy (lifestyle consultant) came out to our property, he gave us some very good advice on where to place the pool, what would be an ideal pool size for our property and family requirements, tips on how and where we could save some costs and also a list of things we need to consider when building a concrete pool. Seriously, Roy is the best in the pool business- knowledgeable, very honest, fast, and reliable. For example, Roy explained the soil removal is calculated per truck load and the cost is $x but given the size of our pool it would be $x times 5 truck loads. I love this level of detail because it gives you a good idea of all the costs upfront. We loved the process so much we signed the contract 2 days later when we visited the show room again and met with Remonda (the owner). She is extremely personable, gave us some good advice on our design and was also able to throw in some extras including upgrading us to a bigger heater for free and gave the kids some under water cameras. It’s not even a week since we’ve signed the contract with Blue Haven. Jimmy from the pre construction team has also been a pleasure to work with. His already sent out a drafter and drawn up the plans ready for CDC approval. Its still early days and our pool hasn’t been built yet (watch this space for another review once the pool is completed) but it already feels so easy and simple to work with the Blue Haven team- they definitely provide value for money, expertise and extremely professional to deal with. Huge thanks to Remonda and the team! My only advice to anyone out there considering to build a pool- doesn’t matter who you choose. Make sure you ask upfront all the “hidden costs”. Besides the price of the pool written in the contract there are a lot of other things you need to consider that pool builders will not tell you. Find someone like Roy who will give you an honest opinion and estimate costs on all the extras so you can create a realistic budget! ——————- Updated review 3/2/2026 I wanted to add an update after having our beautiful pool for close to a year now, including an image of the final finished pool. We had the best experience building our first pool with Blue Haven team. Very experienced and extremely fast, with all things considered including weather conditions they managed to project managed and complete the pool under 10 weeks. They guided us through the whole process including recommendation of what products we needed and also the design and pool layout. Highly recommend checking out Blue Haven if you’re looking to build a pool! In addition, for those looking for pool cleaners, we purchased the aiper s1 and it has been very good at doing a clean every 2-3 days a week.
