The team at Leisure Pools Penrith are truly a professional team. Our first pool and right from the very first step we were guided through the process and kept fully informed. In particular a big thank you to Lisa Armstrong in sales who explained the process of the pool build. Michelle Dawson who kept me fully informed during the build. Corey and Matt who guided us and answered any questions we were unsure of . The tradesmen were outstanding. So happy with the outcome and we are having so much fun during winter and summer .Our pool has a Naked fresh water filtration system and heat pump. Thank you so much and I’m spreading the word. Rick and Michelle.

Massive thanks to the Leisure Pools team! Our pool looks stunning. Every detail and cost was explained and put in writing and every variation detailed. There were no hidden costs. Special shout-out to Matt, Beau, and Amarli for fixing a chlorinator issue in record time (2 days!) right before Christmas. Professional, caring, and super fast service. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Leisure Pools.

Leisure Pools have delivered us an absolutely beautiful pool that we are completely in love with. From our first experience with Sales right up to and beyond handover they have been excellent to deal with. The tradies have all been lovely to deal with and know their stuff well. We had a few issues along the way, as is the case with any build, but these were always dealt with professionally and competently. We even had the owner turn up a couple of times to personally ensure we received the best possible product. Special mention to Michelle in the office and Shayne on-site who were absolute legends. They were my go to people throughout the build process and I always felt they had my best interests at heart. This is a company that cares about its product and its customers and I couldn’t be happier that we chose them to to build a pool that will be central to our family fun for generations to come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leisure Pools did an absolutely outstanding job for us with our pool. Could not be happier! Vanessa took the time to walk us through every detail, explained where we could save money, where we were best to spend more money, modified the designs a bunch of times and really took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and we were comfortable before we were to proceed. When the project got handed over to our site supervisor and we started building, I thought maybe the standard of service might drop... however I can honestly say, everyone we dealt with at Leisure Pools for the entire project was kind, understanding, prompt, helpful... seriously one of the best services I've had. We had 4 quotes for pools, and the team at Leisure not only made us feel comfortable, but their price was excellent and we are really happy. This review probably sounds fake but dead set, I was so stoked with Leisure Pools, I'd write 50 reviews if I could. If you're thinking of using them, I would highly recommend.

I had a lovely experience building my pool with Leisure Pools. Very professional and thorough about their business. They operate in a seamless manner with smooth handovers between teams. Sales team and Ops team really know what the customer wants and present them so brilliantly. I'd like to reiterate my appreciation for all the help and thorough professionalism through the entire journey. Mine was not an easy one considering the delays that were beyond our control. I have been recommending them to all my connections and will continue to do so.
