Local Pools And Spas were awesome with our pool install. Had a friend that put us on to them and met with Grant, their sales guy, who was anything but a sales guy.... didn't try to sell us or pressure us to make a deposit... just gave great information about the Compass pool range. Once we have the go ahead, Justin and 5he install team were amazing! Started digging on Monday morning, pool installed and full of water by Tuesday arvo.... still couldn't swim yet, but we had our dream to look at! About 19 days later, Justin did the handover and was awesome at walking us through care and maintenance. Did even care that we asked the same question multiple times... All in all, very happy with our decision to go with LPS. To anyone that has read this far and thinking about them... go for it.... you won't regret it!

From start to now the staff at local pools have been great! The install was finished 10 months ago but they have still been easily contactable and answered any questions we have had arise. The in floor cleaning is not cheap but definitely worth the money. The pool is amazing and getting so much use. Thank you local pools and spas.

Review for Justin & Renee Magro & The Team at Local Pools & Spas We are thrilled to share our experience with Justin, Renee Magro, and the entire team at Local Pools & Spas. From the moment we began planning our dream pool, they provided unwavering support and guidance every step of the way. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the process. The team was incredibly hands-on and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. No task was ever too difficult, and their dedication to delivering a quality product and ensuring our satisfaction was clear throughout the entire journey. Justin and Renee’s personal attention to absolutely every detail is a force to be reckoned with—nothing was overlooked. By the end of the construction, they had truly treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every step of the process. Their reputation within the community speaks for itself – they are reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing outstanding service. Their passion for what they do and their genuine care for their clients makes them an invaluable asset to the local area. Being first pool owners we were very impressed with the management of all the stages of installation of our pool. The advice and design ideas provided by Justin was great. The equipment level is excellent and just loving the self cleaning system which provides minimal maintenance. It’s the only way to go. Knowing nothing about pools we found the information provided during handover was very comprehensive and quite overwhelming. Having said that Justin was always willing to answer our questions no matter how trivial. He was also willing to come back over to go through the operation of the pool again. Highly recommend Local Pools and Spas.
