From quoting to delivery the process of building a pool with Bombora has been excellent. The team answered all of our questions are were very responsive to emails - a shout out to Karen in the office - we asked a lot of questions!! We had a few tricky things pop up with council and had to have a few extra approvals and Bombora handled it all so we didn’t have to worry. They kept us up to date with timing and turned up at the indicated time each day. It was amazing to see the the dig with our tiny access down the side of our house be completed in just one day and the pool in and full of water the next. The additional trades Marty works with all work in so well together and it really just worked like clockwork. Please don’t hesitate to put in a Bombora pool - we had lots of quotes and lots of discussions with other companies and these guys are the best with good pricing and lots of add on options. Thanks Bombora we are thrilled with our new pool - it looks amazing!

Best investment ever! Had it in now for 2 years and the whole family, including grand-kids, are loving it. We chose the Entertainer, which has so many seating areas ( or standing for little kids) plus a small step along the long sides,. This helped give our grandies so much confidence so quickly knowing those steps are there. The installation process was quick, clean and accurate. Of course my wife and I sticky beaked during the install and we could see that all the workers knew what had to be done, so they were busy all the time. Even when the trailer with the pool on it arrived here whilst the crane was setting up, the installers were marking out and drilling the holes for the return outlets and skimmer box, whilst the pool was still on its side on the trailer! When we had the salesperson out, I wanted the pool lower in the ground than was suggested by the salesperson. I am so glad I agreed and went with his suggestion, the level worked so well with the landscaping that I have since done around the pool, particularly for rainwater drainage away from the pool. AN excellent, knowledgeable team and a great company to work with!

We were met with incredible customer service from all staff at Bombora Pools, and the finished product was spectacular. We have been enjoying our pool now for 6 months (even in winter) and we can’t wait to have our first summer with our pool. Old fashion customer service from a family run business goes a long way.
