We have used Renmark a few times with good results but this time was exceptional. Water was heard running in the quiet of night. We were leaving next morning and needed urgent assistance as we were away for a couple of weeks Mark arrived for preliminary look and scenario planning within 15 mins. Source was not obvious, could be in wall, under floor, internal, external under tiles or concrete with no telltale signs. He contacted leak detecting colleague who arrived promptly and spent an hour and marked location to start. The leak was found below and within concrete strip footing and using photos, video and phone discussion we were keptfully informed. Leak was repaired on Sunday as next week was fully booked. Thanks Mark, Shane and Sam.. our 'go to.every time' contractors.

2/10/24 Thank you for resolving my emergency so efficiently. Having a burst water pipe inside a brick wall is an engineering and plumbing nightmare. Your team were amazing and worked out how to get inside the wall the best way and communicated and consulted with me all the way. The boys are a credit to your business, you all made an emergency situation a good experience. Very grateful. Thanks for your prompt response and reliability again. Last year: Mark was quick to respond to my enquiry and able to attend to my job without delay. He was able to fix multiple problems in one visit and fix some tricky tap problems that I thought were beyond repair. For this reason I saved a lot of stress and expense. I wish I had called sooner. It was all completed very efficiently and Mark's skills meant I avoided costly renovations. Everything is working as new again throughout the house and garden. Very impressed and grateful. If you are new to the area and need to find a new plumber give Mark a call.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!! Fast professional and above all honest. I had a job that in the beginning looked like it was going to cost thousands, and could have easily been ripped off. But was pleasantly surprised at the outcome ciating way less than originally thought. As this was at a investment property they stayed in contact with me and kept me informed of what was going on the whole time.
