Andy completed the job of replacing internal flush valve, inlet valve, inlet hose and flush button for 2 toilets. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He even explained the whole process with the reasoning behind. Andy selected products for the best possible outcome. He is not only very professional but also courteous and tidy on his work. This is our 3rd time working with Moral Service and extremely satisfied with the jobs.

While initially called out to clear blocked toilet, it was discovered that plumbing for the toilet is not to Australian Standard and is the reason the toilet keeps blocking. Instead of just unblocking the toilet like previous plumbers, Sean took the time to find out why it was happening which was just amazing. He included a written report and video explaining the issue.
