We lost our hot water Saturday night, old tank very rusted and no longer working. We messaged Alex Sunday and Alex responded quickly and said he would replace it Monday morning, even though he has a very busy schedule. I would highly recommend Alex to anybody who has any plumbing issues. Called Alex late on a Friday afternoon due to my toilet main water valve leaking and would not turn off from the wall, within half an hour Alex was at my rescue and thank goodness no more water leaking. If it wasn’t for Alex being so quick to help me It would have been a very stressful weekend wondering how flooded my toilet floor would have got Alex your the best 🙂🙂
