Nic at Creative Coast Plumbing & Gas has the kind of personality that you want all tradesmen to have. To say he was exceptionally professional and friendly is almost an understatement, he was the sort guy whose energy was genuinely positive and assuring. He booked me in on the same day for an unknown leak that was damaging my kitchen, when no one else could make time. To add to that, being his last booking for the day, Nic stayed well past his scheduled time, with a young family awaiting at home, until he found the issue, and was able to rectify the leak and left the place looking better than he found it. I can’t recommend Nic from Creative Coast Plumbing and Gas highly enough. I’ve been dealing with ongoing flooding issues in my townhouse complex, which has been incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Nic spent several hours onsite carefully investigating everything. He walked the entire complex, took detailed photos, asked thoughtful questions, and most importantly, really listened to me. He has a strong understanding of how water naturally flows and how drainage systems should function. He explained the problem clearly and in a way I could actually understand, which gave me so much reassurance.
