Great company. Sam was able to organise a plumber to look at our leaking roof very last minute, which we really appreciated. Both times that they have come out they have turned up on time and completed the job without fuss. Highly recommend.

Contacted HIT Plumbing after receiving a quote from another company that seemed excessive for a blocked drain. Booking was easy, and Sammi was very friendly and polite. Pat attended the job and was extremely professional, clearly explaining his findings. He fixed the blockage and cleaned up the area afterwards. Great to experience friendly service, reasonable pricing, and punctual attendance. Highly recommended!

An honest plumber, which seems a bit difficult to come by in this city! After being screwed around and over quoted by another company, I contacted HIT to replace my hot water unit. They had availability on the same day, had no issue with me supplying the unit (and also did not up-charge if they supplied the unit, offering the retail price from a local shop). They were up front on the labour cost and expected time to do the job, arrived when they said they would, did the job and were in and out in around 2 hours. Hot water is working perfectly. Zero complaints from me and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend this business again.

Had an after hours call out where my tap just starting running at full pressure. I was away so had my daughter ring the team who talked her through how to isolate the mains. Within 30 minutes they had arrived and completed the job. Couldn’t recommend any higher. From the admin team to the tradesman who attended, they were all professional and helpful.
