He communicated every step of the way and the finished product was just a beautiful bathroom. Shout out to Chris as well Along with Michael‘s Tiler Ben, Electrician and waterproofer. Today's interaction was a case in point. Michael was so customer focused in helping me to solve a relatively small (but big impact for me) problem in a timely and cost effective manner. What could have ended up being a big stress turned into an easily managed success.
