Future Services installed my Sigenergy battery and EV charger and they did a great job. The guys were easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would and got everything sorted without any drama. The install looks really neat and they took the time to show me how everything works before they left. System’s been running great and it’s pretty cool seeing the house and the car running off the solar now. Glad I went with them and would happily recommend them if you’re thinking about getting a battery or EV charger installed.

Sales/quoting went smooth. It was extremely well presented and in detail explained how FOX ESS Battery and HAIER Hot Water Heat Pump work and what future benefits they provide for the customer. Installation was coordinated smoothly and well executed On time, very tidy and excellent communication with electricians and the plumber. Guys where very professional in their approach to the tasks at hand. They explained well how to use Battery and Hot water system. Also , after installation support is there as well. Keenan, Brad and the team at Future Services are legends. They obviously care about their work, which shows in their attitude towards after-sales care. They’ve installed our heat pump hot water system as well as our solar and battery setup. When the panels on our west side weren’t performing well due to shading, Keenan was responsive and helped us to resolve the issue with optimisers and some additional panels installed without fuss and delay. It’s hard to find trustworthy tradies these days so it’s been great to find Future Services. I’ve been recommending them to family and friends for all electrical and plumbing needs. Cheers guys

I did a quote with Solar Quote for battery. Keenan called me up, saying that the brand that I enquire was a 5kw inverter and a 28 kw battery, was not good and has a lot of issue. There is a lot of issue with that battery and a 5kw inverter is insufficient. He recommended a few brand and one of them was a Fox ESS, EQ4800. He came to my house for a site visit and propose where the battery should be install. He recommend that I should get a shade for the battery. I can either get it from Amazon, ebay, Bunnings or he can install at a higher price, or I buy from Amazon and he will install for free. The pricing that he quoted was very reasonable. After giving me the quote, he did not pressure me to make a decision, just one polite message asking me if I need further support on his side to decide on a battery. When I finally decide on the Fox ESS and paid a deposit, he mentioned that he under quoted me and that he will honour the price that he quote. He has difficulties trying to get stock as there was other retailer with bigger order taking stock and being a priority as they were bigger player in the market. All these time Keenan kept me updated on the stock situation and told me that he can return the deposit, find other option or keep on waiting. This was in December. Come January, when he did get the stock, the rebate was reduced. He also find out that the CQ6 battery that was just launched in January was much better and would have cost him even more. He proposed that I get this battery, however, the price will still be the same as he quoted me initially, which he already under quoted me in the first place. He finally confirmed on a time and date to install. His team arrived much earlier, but was very polite and waited until the appointed time to ring my door bell. His team was very professional and know what they're doing. It has been 2 weeks since the install and I would have to highlight that his team did an extremely good job with the install. There is no single issue after the install, unlike other vendors that I've read in other posting. With the under quote, lesser rebate and a newer battery model which cost around $1.5K more, I would be surprised if he did get any profit at all. Keenan is a very committed and honest installer and the work that he and his team did is very efficient and professional. His company also do other electrical work, air conditioner, etc. I would not hesitate to work with him in future as I'm assured of his honesty in pricing and quality of work that comes with it.es with it. I have received a lot of quotes with other vendors. However, non comes even close to Keenan's honest way of doing business which is, what is best for the customer, committed on the price even when under quote and still commit to deliver the very best even though operating at a loss.
